If your going to rely on kicking off downloads from the web for installation, would you please make it work with proxy servers. We can't upgrade until it does.
I assume you are referring to the prerequisite for .NET 3.5. If so, you'll need to download .NET 3.5 from the Microsoft site listed below (to USB or CD) and install before running the NCM v5 installer.
