No Tools option in Manage Appliances

Question

Hi All,

I'm trying to change my SMTP settings on our LEM appliance but whenever I clicked on the gear icon next to my appliance, there is no tool option available as stated in the KB (SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: Changing the SMTP Server). Please see screenshot below.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

They have not changed all of the documentation yet, but you are looking for Connectors.  They changed the terminology from tools to connectors.
