Wow! I'm just happy to have not tread on too many toes while contributing.
More fun is that I'm (temporarily) at the same Level as CourtesyIT and wluther and byrona. The atmosphere is pretty rarified when trying to follow their contrails, but the scores & levels and rankings show that anyone can rise from a beginner to playing in the same ballpark as those experts.
Seriously, anyone can add 160,000 points in a year if they can make the time to do it. More points can be had all at once by hosting or participating in a SWUG (which I've not yet done).
adatole has made some wonderful resources available, with significant points associated with some of his educational sharings. I recommend them!
When I came into work this morning my points were balanced on the edge:
One Mission question is all it took to tip me across the border. In retrospect I wish I'd only submitted a question or posted a comment to get the single point to make a perfect 500,000 . . . But that's just silliness.
