Oracle Monitoring and Credentials

I am starting to add our Oracle DB's to SAM, and have been asked by our DBA's what access the Credentials need in Oracle to run the templates. I have looked everywhere for this including the Integration document for installing the ODP.NET client. I can't find anything on the type of security access is required for the Template to work and dive into the DB for pulling queries.

I imagine it would only need Read-Only access, but they need to know; Read-Only access to what??

If anyone has any clue let me know.

This is from the Oracle template Doc and is also in the DESCRIPTION field of the template:

Prerequisites: Oracle client installed on Orion SAM server. This is available from the SolarWinds customer portal under Additional Downloads.

Credentials: An Oracle user name and password with read access to the Oracle views: dba_free_space, v$sysstat, v$rowcache, v$librarycache, v$sgastat, and v$session.
