I am trying to poll a Cisco router. I have followed the instructions, but it doesn’t seem to work. I am trying to set up an initial trial custom poller to see how this process works so that I can create future pollers to deploy globally across our firm. This is my first attempt. The OID is supposed to tack inbound/outbound calls – just an hourly number count.
