Alert me when a new MAC address appears on network

In the email alert "Alert me when a new MAC address appears on network" -- In the alert, there are 3 links which take you to 3 different views. Full object details, full alert details, and acknowledge the alert. The full object details displays several items with reference to the connected device. I would like to include the IP Address of the device in the alerting email. It appears that I am going to have to include some SQL or SWQL scripting in to the alert, but I have not been able to get it working. See the image -- the Latest IP Address is what I want to include in the alert.

I have found some code (script), but none of the information is correct. Here are the scripts:

Port : ${SQL: SELECT Name from [dbo].[UDT_Port] WHERE  (PortID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=PortID})}

Device : ${SQL: SELECT Caption FROM [dbo].[Nodes] WHERE (NodeID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=DeviceID})}

IP: ${SQL: SELECT IP_Address FROM [dbo].[NodesData] WHERE (NodeID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=DeviceID})}

Port Name: ${SQL: SELECT PortDescription from [dbo].[UDT_Port] WHERE (PortID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=PortID})}

VLAN: ${SQL: SELECT VlanID from [dbo].[UDT_VLAN] WHERE  (PortID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=PortID})}

Here is a screenshot from the "Full Object Details" view of the above email alert: What I want in the email is the "Node or Access Point" related to the "Direct" connection, the Node Port or SSID, and the "Latest IP Address".
