oracle user experience monitoring went to unknown status

Hi All,

we have implemented oracle user experience monitoring for archive utilization of a Database which was went to unknown status and got self recovered by itself

at the time of unknown status there's been a databse outage happend

now my question is what made this monitor to went unknown status and got self recovered?

i am using SAM 6.6
