Missing graph data for ESX hosts in Virtualization tab

I just connected my SAM 5.0.0 instance to a vCenter Server. I'm using the API for 100% of information gathering; ICMP-only for the underlying ESXi hosts. Some of the graphs and charts are populating, others are not (see below).

Graphs/Charts not populating (Virtualization Summary screen):

Top 10 VMWare Hosts by Percent Memory Used

Top 10 VMWare Hosts by Network Utilization

Top 10 VMWare Hosts by CPU Load

Graphs/Charts not populating (ESX Host Details):

All radial gauges

Min/Max/Average of CPU Load

VM Network Traffic

All other graphs/charts seem to be OK. For comparison, I have a 5.0.1 instance running in a different datacenter, with the same setup (vCenter API, ICMP-only for ESXi hosts). I am not missing any data from graphs/charts on that SAM instance.

Thoughts?

The ESX hosts themselves must also be managed by Orion for these resources to populate with information.

All the ESX hosts are managed, but via ICMP only. We're not using SNMP to poll them in either SAM system. But we see data in one SAM system but not the other.

Are each and every one of your the ESX host managed as VMware nodes in Orion? There's no need to monitor them using SNMP, but at a very minimum they must be managed VMware hosts.

Confirmed that 100% of ESX hosts are managed. Poll for VMWare checkbox is checked.
