Solarwinds Application ID rights

The Admin doc mentions about creating and adding the Solarwinds Id to the Local Admin group on all systems. This is the basic step however, we are experiencing an issue adding the id to our Domain Controller servers. There is no administrator group on the Domain Controller’s.  There are no groups.  All we can do is grant rights. We need to know the exact rights you would need for the Solarwinds application to function. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Anything that normally requires Local Administrator rights on a regular machine will require Domain Administrator rights on a Domain Controller because, as you've noted, there is no such thing as a Local Administrator account on a Domain Controller.
