Thanks aLTeReGo am I doing something wrong when I try to upload this file onto our portal.

Acts as if the file is no good; tried from the web interface and the server.

Hmm.. it seems it's missing its '.poller' extension and that is what's causing the issue. Rename the file you downloaded and add .poller to the end and try again.
