Using netflow to track a single IP on muliple devices all displayed on a single page.

Good Afternoon Thwack,

     I have been presented with an interesting challenge. I have netflow functioning on all of the devices that a specific IP uses to leave the network. In this case it passes through 4 seperate devices. I need on a single tab in solarwinds to display graphs with just that IP for each devices as it goes through the network. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
