exclude traffic of defined application from default tcp/port

Hi all,

We have defines an application ( named myApp) on TCP/1433 for 10.50.40.0/24. We would like to exclude it from the default tcp/1433 applciation.

is there any way to do that without defined another ip group that excludes 10.50.40.0/24?

Hello tao_lao,

Unluckily there is currently no way how to build application definition from existing applications using logic operators. So the only way is by defining new IP group as you described.
