One compliment I have to give to SW is that they have very good documentation including PDFS, videos, the Thwack community, etc. My only "complaint" is that their PDFs are protected from highlighting and adding comments/notes. I read through a lot of their PDFs and it would be great if I could just highlight and insert my notes instead of having to print the PDFs all the time. Just saying.
