This questions is probably best suited to the toolset forums, but TFTP uses UDP port 69. Make sure you're not running the server twice.

ok, i have the same problem, the soft tell me i have yet a tftp launched...port 69 occuped..but how is it possible ?
i dont see him on task manager, and he said me that at the first time i tried to launch him. what solution for check port 69 and free him?

You can use a tool such as sysinternals TCPview (don't let the name fool you, it does UDP also). You can grab it here:
www.sysinternals.com/.../tcpview.zip
it shows the connection source/dest and what process is using it
