Thwack Points not Appearing

I took several live courses in August and filled out the surveys but haven't seen the thwack points appear in my account. I also have seen points added to my account with the description of Undefined. How I'm I to know what they were for and that I am getting the points I earn? What's the process for handling this?

Based on the list of points, it appears I was given credit for 2 of the classes. The green information was entered by me. It says Undefined so I am making an assumption. See below:

I have looked into this and went ahead and awarded you the 9,000 points owed. Just for future reference, if points show on your profile as "undefined" this means that we have manually awarded them.

hello. i also appear to not be receiving my thwack points. i've been taking the online live courses for a few weeks now and have been filling out the feedback surveys. of course i am a total noob so please let me know if there's something i'm missing.

Hi there, I took 3 live classes last week and I wasn't rewarded points for one of them. I did have a user ID change during this time; I'm thinking this is why. My username changed from 'highjinks' to 'arianne.t' Could someone please take a look? Thanks in advance!

Hey Arianne! Thanks for reaching out! I see two requests fulfilled on the 7th, but also found a request under "highjinks" which wasn't completed. I've added the third class, which should get you all caught up.

So the past few missions have had surveys. When I look at my standings/missions, I don't see the points added. I know it says wait a few weeks after the mission is complete before the points are awarded, but still no points :-(

I have attended three live sessions, 3/31, 4/1, 4/6, 4/7 and haven't received any THWACK points. I was told 7-10 days to get the points.

Where can we see what the thwack points are awarded for? I used to be able to see it in my profile, but after the migration to this new UI, I'm not sure where I can find them.
