Possible to report on application usage - per server?

Is it possible using NetFlow to lookup or report on how much bandwidth or traffic a certain server uses for a certain application?

For instance, say I want to see how much SMS traffic our SMS servers transmit/recieve or what our RDP activity is on the network to our servers.

Is it possible to get this type of information out of NetFlow or am I asking to much of it?
