Netflow traffic not working

Hi

when i configure netflow traffic in source devices in SolarWinds i got the below error message.

"

Orion Website Error

An error has occurred with the Orion website.

Additional Information

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

   at Orion_DetachResource.OnPreInit(EventArgs e)

   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)"

I haven't seen that error message before.   Please open a ticket with support and include the exact steps you took to get to this point so they can troubleshoot.
