NTA Backup Fails

Hi,

I keep getting the following error when a scheduled backup of the NTA DB: An error occurred during the backup on , error message: The given key was not present in the dictionary

I have checked to make sure there is adequate disk space as well as ran DB maintenance. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi,

please schedule automatic backup on some different time, e.g. on 3:00 AM. There is some issue if it's scheduled on midnight.

Do you have NTA 4.1.1?

I had the same problem... Looking at the storage location it looks like it's been backing up something most days... I've updated the time to later and also moved the database maintenance out a little to so they won't overlap. Hopefully now I won't see this message any longer.
