Whats wrong with points? Where are ALL my points?

So its been a bit since i logged in last but today when I logged in I noticed my points never showed up. It is stuck on loading.

Its been over 3 hours now and still no points are showing. I know I had ALOT of points. Did you guys take them back because of negative comments, because i hadn't used them?

What's wrong with the points? When I go into the store it never loads either, just sits at loading.

Hopefully this is just a site issue.

STILL HAVING THIS PROBLEM NO MATTER WHAT BROWSER I USE! I cleared my cache rebooted nothing. No points just sits at loading forever.

Hello John,

Thanks for escalating this. I can confirm that you do still have 24,654 lifetime points and 12,654 available to spend in the store after buying a jacket in May of 2017. The most common scenario when members are unable to see their points loading on the page is either a browser security setting/plugin or organizational firewall/internal infrastructure blocking Bunchball script from executing on the page.
