Banking transactions success and failure monitoring

We need to monitor banking transactions like internet banking, mobile banking, UPI, IMPS

We need to capture total transactions, successful transaction, failure transaction along with the reason for failed transactions

Let me know whether it's possible or not through solarwinds

There are lots of ways that you could accomplish this. I'd recommend against getting any specific PII or anything like that in Orion, but if it's just the metrics you described then it's more up to your system.

Where do you usually get this information? Is it a custom application with resource counters? Is it available through an API or via a script? Or are you going to need to set up some DB queries to get the data? That's going to be the more important aspect of making the data available in Orion.

Currently we are using VuNet(Home Page) tool, banking servers sends the logs to VuNet servers, VuNet server then displays below view in a dashboard

We get an alert if Failed banking transactions is greater than 5% of total transactions

If solarwinds is able to do this then many banks can go for it

I would say this is possible, but going to require a fair bit of customization depending on how close to the screenshot you want to get it.

For example, you can find some similar types of display set up here:

The data part looks fairly easy, either you're getting it event driven (syslog, windows event monitor) or via script, can set up some of that without too much fuss, but you'll be limited in the out of the box display options.

You might be able to get something fairly similar with a custom tile perhaps, but again, you're going to be putting in some work to get it set up.
