Installing NTA 3.5

Does anyone know where 3.1 is within downloads.

I can log in to the customer portal and download 3.5 no problem but when i try and install it says

that i need to install 3.1f first. Fair enough but I can't find it!

Maybe i have to log a support call to get it? That would seem a little odd though.

You'll need to open a Support ticket to get 3.1.
