Is there another resource like the Application Health Overview in APM which just shows the Pie Chart, or alternatively displays the Pie Chart with the Legend underneath rather than at the side?

No. What are you trying to accomplish?
Basically I'm just trying to claim back some screen space.
I'd like the same information displayed but in a format that fits better into a narrower column.
For a two or three column display a Chart on the top with the legend underneath would suit much better.
