Application Monitor Template Error

When clicking on Application Monitor Template TAB I get 'Loading..' then the follwoing error below

Error: A query to the SolarWinds Information Service failed.

   at SolarWinds.Orion.Web.InformationService.InformationServiceProxy.PropagateException(Exception e)

at SolarWinds.Orion.Web.InformationService.InformationServiceProxy.Query(String query, IDictionary`2 parameters, Boolean useSeparateExecutionContext)

at SolarWinds.APM.Web.SwisProxy.DoQuerySwisV3(String swql)

 at SolarWinds.APM.Web.SwisProxy.DoQueryWithRetry(String swql, Int32 retryCount)

at SolarWinds.APM.Web.SwisProxy.ExecuteQuery(String swql, Boolean throwQueryExceptions)

at Templates.GetValuesAndCountForProperty(String property)

I've tried restarting the Solar Winds Information service on the server but to no avail.

Anyone else had this error?

Hello,

To solve the problem we have to look more deeply to log files. Please open the support ticket and then you will be instructed how to create file with all diagnostics. Then please update this thread with support ticket number.
