AppInsight for Exchange Missing Performace Counters on a Couple Databases

I just upgraded upgrade our SAM to version 6.1.1 and it went very well. However I applied the AppInsight for Exchange and it seems to be working fine accept that on one exchange 2013 server (CAS & Mailbox Roles) it shows missing performance counters on two of 12 databases. I am not quite sure how only two databases can be missing counters and not the rest on the same server. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue or knows a resolve.

Is it possible that you aren't monitoring the volumes where those databases reside or that you are monitoring the node via SNMP? I recommend changing the node polling method to WMI and ensure that you monitor all volumes displayed under "List Resources" to see if this resolves the issue.
