Upgrade version 5.5 to 6.0 ConfigurationWizard.exe - Application Error

Hi Friends

I need you help, I realize to upgrade of version NCM 5.5 to 6.0 but when star application NCM display me the following error:

[IMG]www.uploadimage.com.ar/.../IMG]

Application popup: .NET-BroadcastEventWindow.2.0.0.0.2e0c681.0: ConfigurationWizard.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x73ed2659" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".

Hi Jairo--

I checked our but tracking system and it appears this is a bug. Try the following workaround and let me know your results:

1. Open Registry Editor (Start | Run | regedit.exe)
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Solarwinds.Net\Configuration Manager\Wizard\ConfiguredModules
3. Create a new String Value (Right click | New | String Value). Name this: 2 
4. Edit the value (Right click the string value | Modify), and set the Value Data to:  True   
5. Run the Configuration Wizard for NCM again, it should run through to completion.
6. Open up NCM to see if this has resolved the issue.

From what I'm reading, this problem also happens in NCM 6.0. so be aware of this when you upgrade to 6.0, which you can do for free if you are on active maintenance.
