Solarwinds Clock and events not showing correct time. Orion DB Events are correct. Just no the HTTP web front end

Afternoon THwackers,

I have an issue where the Solar winds Clock (Top right of the page) and events not showing correct time. Offnet by 6 hours,. Orion DB Events when viewing them in the SQL DB are correct.  Its just the HTTP web front end which is somehow apply an offset.

I have the HTTP Server for the front end and SQL DB on the same server. All the Regional info is set correctly. I just need the HTTP to match the SQL Timestamps + the windows server clock.
