High Receive Percent Utilization with Top Talkers setup

I am trying to get this alert set up for Receive and Transmit utilization with top talkers.  I can get the alert to trigger and I receive an email, but it gives an error in the email stating to enable javascript to log in.  What I need to know is where does java script need to be enabled?  On the Orion server or is this a client issue?

I found out the issue was because I was trying to use a domain account vrs. a local account to orion.  Created a local account put that in the alert and it's working great now.
