This is a basic Maintenance page that will serve out a HTTP response bearing this header: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable when placed in c:\inetpub\SolarWinds\

If you want a better looking Maintenance page, you can edit c:\inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\OrionMinReqs.master, remove all javascript code, rename it App_offline.htm and edit the page so it displays the message that you are looking for. This page will then have your logo and follow the CSS of your site
Do we have to reconfigure this page every time we ran config wizard?
The app_offline.htm should be a straight forward page. Unless you are changing the server URL, there is no code that should change. You just have to place it in the C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\ when needed, and take it off (or rename it) when done...

I second that request - I am not a coder so I don't really know what to look for, but I like the idea
If you send me the file I can try to modify it. Mine is already modified and has a custom logo and everything. That would take me longer to fix it...
