How to add Avaya Gateways or Call Managers to Solarwinds

I have VNQM 4.5.1. and Avaya Aura 7.1.3. I can putty into the gateway but if I use those credentials to add the gateway the CLI test fails. I have opened a case with Solarwinds 2 days ago but it is still in a Not Started state.

Looking for any help getting this started.

That is the same document on the Solarwinds web page. I have had our Avaya support add a user credentials, and am able to SSH to the gateway. The Solarwinds CLI test still fails.

• Define the CLI credentials that let you log in to the SAT console of the Avaya Call Manager by either selecting an existing credentials set from the Select Credentials list, or by creating a new set.

To create a new set, complete the following procedure:

1. Enter the user name and password.

1. Select the enable level from the list.

1. Enter the enable password.

1. In the Advanced section, select either the Telnet or the SSH protocol from the list.

1. Specify the Connection Timeout.

• Click Test to test the credentials.

That is where I am stuck. Looking for any trouble shooting beyond this point.
