Computer groups in WSUS not showing up in Patch Manager reports

I am evaluating patch manager for our organization. I've created several computer groups in WSUS, as well as using Patch Manager. These groups were created over several days. I can send patches to machines in those groups, but when I run reports (specifically the "WSUS server computer group info" report", it does not show all groups. It shows some of the groups but not all.

I came across this when trying to create a report showing the computers in a given group, with their patch status.

I have tried refreshing the update server, and also rebooted the Patch Manager server. Any suggestions on how to get all computer groups to show up on reports?

Have you run an inventory since the groups were created and populated? The reporting function is only as good as the last time data was collected via inventory. Here's a KB article on how to set this up as a scheduled task.
