Hi All, I need your help and I will appreciate it if someone could come to my rescue. I recently perform an upgrade of Orion Platform to the latest version but yet to upgrade the Toolset to the latest, it is currently one update behind while the Orion Platform itself is latest for my client.
I noticed after the upgrade, the toolset, both web and desktop stopped working. The icons are present on the Orion Console for Web version while the tool icons for the desktop version is not showing in the list of tool under Node properties.
Both the web and the desktop versions are installed on the same server as the Solarwinds Orion Server.
Again, I installed a new one in a lab environment and installed both the web and desktop version of Toolset on the same server to test the integration, but the issue was the same.
Does anyone know what could be wrong and workaround/resolution to this problem.
I will appreciate any urgent assistance I can get.
