Command script fun

I'm looking to create a job using the command script function. Here is an example similar to what I want to do.

I want to use the Command script tool to login to a device (seed) and from there, ping every device that is in the NCM Database.

As this job is running I want it to filter On a given criteria and only show the devices that meet this criteria in the log.

I know that the filter option is a feature that is available already in the command script window but it's finding a command script to instruct NCM to ping every device in the NCM database once it has logged in to the seed device.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this or what such a Command might be?
