I have answered several questions, and been selected as 'correct' for two of them.
However....
I still show 0% complete on the badge for answering my first question.
Where can I ask to get this fixed? All I can find is the product support requests.

So I went through all the lists of those who have participated and have completed answers and was not able to find you in the DB both by Username or E-mail. By chance could you get me a screenshot of your question page where it shows you've completed some questions?

Thanks for providing that! I also went and verified as well which badges seem to be missing altogether versus which ones don't have progress showing up.
