No data display for Total Byte Transfer for switches

Hi All,

Is someone experience the switch or devices of "Total Bytes Transferred" show with no data ???
I have two switch having 48 interface however "Total Bytes Transferred" only showing certain interface with no data. (don't know how solarwinds selected this few interface only)
Other interface was no issue for this, only switches...

Please help...
