If you are seeing a white box with a red x for your Riverbed devices, simply paste this icon to the ..\Inetpub\SolarWinds\NetPerfMon\images\Vendors folder. I understand that this is not a MIB or OID so please don't shoot me for posting it here. We will migrate this to a more appropriate folder at a later date.

What should the file name be saved as?

Is there an answer to jtranchina's question? We have 7 riverbed steelheads and they all show up with the red X.

Is there also a specific place where the file must be associated with the device within NTA NetFlow Settings tab or within NPM?

Rename it to 17163.gif and it should work fine
