Computers Prompting Restart by User

Hey all,

I have a computer in a test group that I push updates to, with it's own group policy, so that I can test before pushing them into production. It seems some updates are requiring a restart by the end user. The latest update prompted a "Update and Restart", (Feature Update to Win 10 1809) despite using "4 - Auto download and schedule the install". This happened after the scheduled time, and after the scheduled reboot when I expected the updates to have completed. I can't have this happen on production computers.
