Seeking Consulting

Questionario

Hi,

we are searching for some consulting regarding our current Orion-setup.

We would like to check if Orion is set up in a recommended way and find solutions to a few alerting problems.

It looks like there is no specialist for this in germany so we are turning to remote assistance now.

Which company is recommended for this and does this?

I have heard of corona but thats it.

Hey Q,

As they mentioned, there are a handful of service providers. I'm the senior engineer for Sigma Solutions' team and, as far as I know, Sigma is the only Certified Solutions Provider for SolarWinds. The sales executive for the practice is Mikael Balderach (mbalderach@sigmasol.com). He can be reached via email as always and his numbers are (straight off his signature) O 512.674.9508 | C 512.762.9680 | F 210.348.9124. Remote work is common though we have been known to ship one of our engineers to Germany (his German is much better than mine).
