ERROR: Cannot download Running config : Timeout

Does anyone facing this Issue. Need your help.

My NCM is not working properly when doing scheduled back ups.

i'm new to this and i have read the other issue just like this and already tried em but still not working.

Take note that if doing manual download of configs. it is working. but the Job schedule is not working at all

and giving me error:

ERROR: Cannot download Running config : Timeout

ERROR: Cannot download Startup config : Timeout

Is there any update to this? I am currently having the same problem, but only with some devices. Apparently the devices are always the same who run into this issue..

In the switch log i can see that the user connected to the device and disconnected, so the user didn't even timeout.
