I am new to SW and looking to start from the ground up. It looks like there is no formal training program, just Twack and online videos. Any guidance would be appreciated.

What products are you using?
Looks like we have the full package, but I could be wrong. As of now I access it via a link in Chrome. I have admin rights to create if needed. I haven't logged onto the server yet. Looking to get used to the interface and readjust some alerts and events.
