Orion NCM 5.5.1 - SQL Express Full Text Search not installed error

Hi,

I have Orion NCM 3000 version 5.5.1 running on a VM Windows Server 2003 SP2 with SQL Express Advanced SP3 2005.  During the upgrade from NCM 5.5 to 5.5.1, if I attempt to check the "Use Full-Text Search Features", I receive the error "Full Text Search is not installed on current SQL Server.  Please install FTS and try again.".

If I look at services, the "SQL Server FullText Search" service is started and starts automatically, so I am assuming that FTS is installed.

Thankyou.  I actually called in a support ticket yesterday then came here.  I will call back in today.

I think you're best bet is to submit a support ticket on this one and reference this thread.  They'll likely need your install log to figure out what's going on.

If anyone else is experiencing this error during upgrade, please let us know!
