How does Patch Manager Issue the "reboot" command?

If I use Patch Manager to shutdown or reboot a server, either after installs or just as a separate task, does anyone know what type of command is issued?

CMD, Powershell, or command specific to Patch Manager?

I would assume that it is using the solarwinds WMI agent to issue the WMIC command wmic os where Primary='TRUE' reboot

Is there anyway to see this happen to verify? I would think there would be a log somewhere.

The task history shows some info but not the actual command run. Maybe this will help.. one of a success and one of a failure. The failure is because I have it firewalled
