External NPM access Lost Menus

Installed NPM instance on an On prem server. Natted for external access.

using same user as i would for the on prem server, when accessing the NPM site externally I lose all menus.

When i access via external DNS now

I got to be missing something simple... How can i get full menus and access, right now it appears i can only view groups.

It's hard to tell what the issue is based on just screenshots. I'd recommend opening up a support ticket so they can grab diagnostics from you.

Make sure you have all the ports necessary open on your NAT
