Is your LEM deployment currently under maintenance? If so, could you please raise a Tech Support ticket. It is likely the root login will be required to resolve the issue, so Tech Support is the best route.
Any problems let me know.
This problem seems to be caused by the root CA in the certificate chain not being a trusted public root CA (GeoTrust, Entrust, etc.). Could you double-check your Root CA?
