A few versions of APM have been released since I last asked this question, but my need remains. Is there any way of sending the "More info" information that APM shows in the web interface for a monitor that reports its status as "down" or "unknown" in an email alert? Is it possible to view historical "More Info" information for a monitor that failed, but has since reset?
The trouble I'm having is our telecom group is receiving alerts from APM that one of their applications is is down, but by the time they get around to looking into the issue the monitor has reset (up). Although we know which monitor is failing because of the "Application Events", we don't know why APM believes the monitor is failed. The "More Info" information is crucial to determining the root cause of the problem.
