Input String not in correct format Exchange 2003 monitors

Hello everyone -

I am just getting into APM and added some monitoring for our exchange server.  On some of the items in the provided template, there are errors that state the following:

An unexpected error occurred: Input string was not in a correct format.

THe login should be fine as it works all over exchange, but Im not sure what to do/how to fix this issue.

The items that display the error are:

Address list Queue Length

Public Receive Queue

Mailbox Receive Queue

From what I can tell the only variable here that I need to know is the login information

Unfortunately the error you're receiving is fairly generic and simply means that the value returned from the query is a non-integer value. The cause or reason for this is unknown from the error itself. We would need you to enable debugging on the application template and inspect the diagnostics for a more comprehensive diagnosis of the problem. However there are some basic troubleshooting steps you can perform on your own to validate these counters truly do exist and are returning valid metrics. The simplest method is to open Perfmon.exe on the Orion server and connect to the remote host. Add a new counter from the "MSExchangeAL" category and select "Address Lists Queue Length", or select "Receive Queue Size" from the "MSExchangeIS Mailbox" category. Do these counters exist on the monitored host? Are they returning positive integer values? Is the "_Total" instance listed?
