NetPath Agent causing switchport errors?

Hi everyone, I'm working with NetPath to help diagnose a response time problem we're having. I have installed the agent and am using it as a probe. It seems to run fine for a while, then my LAN connection starts dropping and recovering. I usually have to cut over to our corporate wireless, and disable the probe and reboot to recover.

I've been using the exact same connection for 10 months - and when the problem happened last Friday, we replaced the switch. I stopped testing, but when i came in this morning and assigned my machine as a probe my LAN connection started dropping a short while later.
