Error instaling NCM5

Question

I was upgrading from Cirrus 4 to NCM 5.  The actual install seemed to go fine but at the end when the configuration is run after asking for all the authentication it starts to roll through some within a short time gives me the error " Error while executing script- Invalid object name 'dbo.users'.

I am stuck there.

Ok, nothing jumps out immediately to me as a possible cause based on the error you received.   I'd recommend going ahead and opening a ticket with support so they can gather additional logs and we can troubleshoot further.    While you're waiting, you might try applying Service Pack 1  (see )

No I do not.  It had numbers in it so I tried it without by making a new account but I got the same exact error.

Do you have special characters in your SQL account usernames or passwords?
