IP Request user - can create Modern Dashboards

HI all

In IPAM there is a feature for "IP Address Requests". For that there is a pre-created user called "IPRequest" that SHOULD only be used for creating IP requests.

BUT, by default the account has access to a lot more pages. Ok, we can remove most of them in account settings but one page stays:

The new Manage Dashboards is there, I can also create new modern dashboards with the IPRequest-account. Not classic but modern can be created.

Can we disable this in any way?

Currently (2020.2.1) there is no way to disable that feature. SolarWinds have taken note of it as a feature request.
