Can't find parent class for policy error for NTA

Question

NetFlow packets are being received at the NTA server interface. At  NTA Summary view I can see that NTA is processing these packets by noting the correct time stamp on the Last Received NetFlow column. However, when I am clicking that interface. It is giving error saying below.

Unexpected Website Error

Can't find parent class for policy: '***' with PMID: 33 and ParentCMObjectIndex: 1508*****

Can someone suggest for this ? Checked both Ingress and Egress Variables ?

I reactivate this thread because I have the same problem but in just one of the two enviroments.

Having two environments has allowed me to compare the databases. The "good" one has a lot more entries related to that node/interface in the CBQoS tables that the bad one. So thought there was some kind of error when adding the node to the first enviroment that didnt happends when adding to the second enviroment.

My question: is there some kind of process or tool to rediscover the CBQoS configuration on my router other than cleaning entries in the DB?

Can't  delete entries due to data continity policies.

My NTA version is 4.2.3

Hi, please download NTA 3.11 HF2 from customer portal or upgrade to NTA 4.0.3.
