Patch Manager setup issues

Patch Manager - Version 2.0.2207.2 on Server 2012.

In the First Time Usage Wizard, I've added 6 servers (all S2012). 3 of them return errors and can't be added. The 3 in question are set up as terminal servers. The error is:

Patch Manager cannot manage clients due to an unknown failure. Retry the operation or contact SolarWinds Support.

When I click on More Details....

I get -

I could use some help. What service?
